These are excerpts from the 'Tampa Cat Lady Policies'
CANCELLATIONS
1) Before the service starts: You must cancel at
least 1 week before your first cat sitting
visit. You will be charged $30 if cancellations
are made after that time.
2) During contract period: 1 week's notice
required. We will refund you for the unused
visits that are 1 week or more in the future.
We have set this block of time aside for you
and built our schedule accordingly.
3) Holiday Cancellations: If your contract
period includes Thanksgiving Day, Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve,
the following applies:
2 weeks notice - no cancellation fee.
1 week notice - $30 cancellation fee.
72 hours notice - $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 72 hours notice - $70 cancellation fee.
WHAT I WON'T DO
I won't let any kitties outside, even if they're accustomed to going inside and outsifde as they please. There are too many dangers outside - raccoons, coyotes, cars, toxic chemicals and evil people, to name a few. I just can't take the risk of kitty not returning before nightfall. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if they didn’t make it back home, and I'd hate to have to disturb you with bad news.
If you have “outside only” cats you want me to feed,
I can do that, but I won’t let any cats in and out.
