Special provisions for cat sitting dates that span
New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day or New Year's Eve:

(This is to ensure you get your holiday dates beoked.)
Note: We put you on our calendar as soon as we get your request, but your cat visits are not confirmed until we receive your paperwork and your payment or deposit. Once we receive those,
we will confirm our commitment to you by e-mail. or in person at the initial client meeting.
If our calendar fills up before we receive your deposit and paperwork, we give preference to the clients who have already met those requirement. If we become completely booked we will notify
you and return your payment if it was already in the mail.
CANCELLING HOLIDAY DATES: If your contract period includes the holidays stated above,
the following cancellation fees apply:
- 1 week's notice - no cancellation fee.
- 3 days' notice - $30 cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 days notice - $50 cancellation fee.
If you give adequate notice, we will refund you for
the unused visits, less the cancellation fee. At our
discretion, we may retain the holiday surcharge if we
are unable to book other clients in these time slots.
