CANCELLATIONS
Please cancel in a timely manner. If we are
given the appropriate notice, you may
completely avoid the cancellation fee.
REFUNDS/CREDITS
If you cancel before the service starts, we
will issue a PayPal refund or send a check for
the unused visits, less the cancellation fee.
If you cancel after service has started, we
will issue credit certificate(s) for future visits,
less the cancellation fee.
If your contract period includes Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve. Christmas Day or New
Year's Eve, we reserve the right to retain
the holiday surcharge if we are unable to
book other clients in these time slots.

PayPal is our preferred form of payment.
Paypal is a free service for the sender.
Please let us know if you wish to use

l $18 per visit for 1 to 2 animals (we spend
about 45 minutes.)
l $2 per visit for each additional animal over
2 (cat, rabbit, etc.)
l $15 if we have to make an extra trip
(for example, to pick up keys after you
have moved or changed your locks)
l No charge for fish, birds or small caged
animals.
l Extra charge for cleaning cages.

WITHIN OUT SERVICE AREA
Service includes 30 free round-trip miles per visit.
OUTSIDE OUT SERVICE AREA
If you’re not part of our normal service route, we will visit your area if our schedule permits. These trips could add 45 minutes to an hour to our workday. A small surcharge will apply due to the cost of fuel and travel time. Click here

HIGH-MAINTENANCE JOB(S)
We enter your home expecting to find
recently cleaned litter boxes and tidy food
and litter areas. Our regular fee covers the
cost of routine cleaning of these areas. When
we must do a time-consuming initial cleanup
or the cats have litter box mishaps or hairball messes, we must charge for the extra time
we spend. We add $5 for each half-hour of
clean-up time.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
l $10 for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and
New Year’s Day.
l $5 for Easter, Memorial Day,
Independence Day and Labor Day
l No extra charge for other holidays.
LATE BOOKING FEE
We require 72 hours notice for holiday bookings
and 48 hours notice for non-holiday bookings; otherwise there is an extra $10 charge for late booking.
FEES FOR OTHER SERVICES
We do not charge for the services listed on our Home Care form. There may or may not be a
small fee for other things you may wish us to do.
