STANDARD FEES
LATE BOOKING FEE
We require 72 hours notice for holiday bookings and 48 hours notice for non-holiday bookings; otherwise a $10 late booking fee will be charged.
FEES FOR OTHER SERVICES
We do not charge for the services listed on our Home Care form. There may or may not be a small fee for other things you may wish us to do.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
PayPal is our preferred form of payment.
Paypal is a free service for the sender.
Please let us kniw if you wish to use
PayPal and we'll send you an invoice.
We also accept cash and checks or money
orders payable to Judy Lantrip.

CAT-SITTING SERVICE HOURS:
7 DAYS A WEEK.

l Free in-home consultation for first-time clients.
l $18 per visit for 1 to 2 animals (we spend
about 45 minutes.)
l $1 per visit for each additional animal over 2
(cat, bird, rabbit, etc.)
l $15 if we have to make an extra trip (example:
pick up keys)
Note: Visits to clients within our service area include 30 free roundtrip miles per visit.

HIGH-MAINTENANCE CAT(S)
Our regular fee covers the cost of routine cleaning of the food and litter areas. Rarely, when there is
a history of missing the litterbox or hairball messes, we must charge for the extra time we spend. We add $5 for each half-hour of clean-up time.
OUTSIDE OUR SERVICE AREA
If you're not part of our normal service route, we will visit your area if our schedule permits. These trips add 45 minutes to an hour to our workday.
Surcharges apply as follows:
l Zephyrhills - $5
l North or West Land O Lakes - $5
l San Antonio or Dade City - $8
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
$10 for Thanksgiving , Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
$5 for Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and New Year’s Day.
No extra charge for other holidays.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS/CREDITS
Once you have contracted our services we are unable to book other clients for those time slots.
You must cancel 1 week before the start of the contract period or you will be charged $30.
THANKSGIVING CHRISTNMS AND
NEW YEARS' EVE CANCELLATIONS
2 weeks notice - no charge.
1 week notice - $15 charge.
72 hours notice - $30 charge.
Less than 72 hours notice - $50 charge.
