CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS
Once you have contracted our services
we are unable to book other clients in
these time slots.
1) NON-HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:
Before the service starts: You must cancel at
least 1 week before your first cat sitting visit.
You will be charged $30 if cancellations are made
after that time.
During contract period: 1 week's notice required.
3) NON-HOLIDAY VISITS REFUNDS/CREDITS:
We will refund you for the unused visits, in the form
of credits for future visits, that are 1 week or more
in the future
3) HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:
If your contract period includes Thanksgiving Day,
Christmas Eve. Christmas Day or New Year's Eve,
the following cancellation fees apply:
2 weeks notice - no cancellation fee.
1 week notice - $30 cancellation fee.
72 hours notice - $50 cancellation fee.
Less than 72 hours notice - $70 cancellation fee.
4) HOLIDAY REFUNDS/CREDITS: If you give notice
of 2 weeks or more, we will refund you for the
unused visits in the form of credits for future visits.
At our discretion, we will retain the holiday
surcharge if we were unable to book other clients
in these time slots.
